Job Title: Finance Manager

Number of Positions: 01

Minimum Qualifications: College degree in accounting. CA or Master Degree is preferable.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility for all of the financial activities of the company
• Analyze and report material costs and usage including variances, analyzes production variances and provides reporting and explanations.
• Checking and authorising of Delivery Order, Invoices prepared by other accounts staff.
• Provide budgeting and forecasting support for manufacturing operations
• Prepare profit and loss statement
• Assist Management Representative in ISO documentation & Internal auditing.
• Maintain local banking relationships including negotiating facilities agreements and ensuring that such activities are carried out within planned time frame and in context with general financial plans, targets and interest.
• Preparing and compiling monthly financial statements, expenditure analysis, and a budget control to ensure transparency within departments.
• Responsible for total accounting functions.

 

Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal skills required in dealing effectively with human resource issues, outside auditors and bankers.
• General numerical competence with an analytical mind.
• Should have excellent organizational skill, administrative skills and process/project management abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
• Should possess thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Computer proficiency is essential, including advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Good presentation skills and problem solving skills.
