Job Title : Production Manager

Minimum Qualifications: Degree / Diploma in Printing & Packaging with minimum 5 years experience in the industry.

Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effectively organizing the flow of work throughout the department with emphasis on minimizing bottlenecks and improving productivity.
• Managing and organizing the daily duties and responsibilities of all personnel within the production department and being responsible for the output.
• Ensuring staff is properly trained and capable of carrying out work assigned to them.
• Overall in charge for production quality control.
• Handling production related complaints and thoroughly investigating them and implementing preventive action.
• Overseeing all scheduled and non-scheduled machine maintenance and verifying all machines are capable of processing work to the required standards.
• Setting targets within the department and analyzing shift, machine, and individual performance, implementing improvements and initiatives where deemed appropriate.

Skills Required:

• �Should have good communication skills and can lead a cross-functional team.
• Strong attention to detail and operational workflow dynamics to effectively track and analyze the status within the production department.
• Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively.
• Highly motivated and high level of initiative; inspires confidence to work independently and in support of department goals and business objectives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
