To further enhance the finish of a self-adhesive label, Pacman-CCL is able to incorporate silk-screen printing. This technology adds gloss, depth of colour to a printed label to help catch the consumer's eye as the labelled product sits on a shop shelf next to rival brands.

Pacman-CCL integrated Intelligent inline Gravure printing process with technology of Servo drive with Flexo press to achieve excellent results for combination printing . As far as printing processes go, gravure is one of the simplest. It is a direct application process, meaning ink is placed directly onto the substrate using engraved cylinders without having to go through the more complex methods that flexo and other processes require. There are a number of beneficial factors using Gravure: the first and foremost is the special metallic effect with the enhanced mirror effect which offers metallics that really shine, texture with a really cool feel to it and fine high quality printing by applying thin layer of special metallic solvent base inks.
