Flexography ('Flexo')

A pioneer of High-Quality flexo printing the Middle East Pacman uses this versatile technology to print on a wide range of substrates whether it is a wafer-thin film extrusion (as thin as 12 microns) or a thick board for folding cartons (up to 450gsm).

With the capability of printing up to 8 colours in one pass, reverse printing and dual press passes, the possibilities are virtually endless. Letter Press

Premium quality letterpress machines are located in all Pacman production sites offering up to 7 colours plus varnish / lamination to give its customers the best printed self-adhesive label available.

Silk Screen

To further enhance the finish of a self-adhesive label, Pacman is able to incorporate silk-screen printing. This technology adds gloss, depth of colour to a printed label to help catch the consumer's eye as the labelled product sits on a shop shelf next to rival brands.

Hot foil / Cold foil

To create a 'classic look' to any label, gold foil can be intricately stamped by either the hot or cold foil process.

With counterfeit products being a seemingly ever increasingly bigger problem, holographic foils can also be incorporated as a simple yet effective deterrent against this problem.
